Part of our 6th Annual Festival of Roses is a program on "Rainwater Harvesting". This will be presented by Lou Kellogg of the Bexar County Master Gardener Program at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, October 18th. The Antique Rose Emporium has a small handful of these rainbarrels so participants who need one will not have to search.
