
The common name indicates the sweet scent this lovely vine will emit on a warm summer/fall evening. Some areas of the country consider this a noxious invader but our heat and little rainfall seems to keep it in check in Central Texas.
Hmmm.... Zone 7b? - Seems to do really well in my backyard - New Braunfels - Zone 8. Perhaps this would indicate planting this perennial vine in more shade as the zone numbers get higher.
