Our first look* at the bloom of Joe Woodard. Named for one of the original Texas Rose Rustlers this rose shows a bit more coloring than the catalog suggests. Perhaps the cooler weather is bringing out another lovely aspect of this rose.This lovely frilly and fragrant bloom is smaller than F.J. Lindheimer's bloom. This 3-4' upright bush would be a great complement to the F.J. Lindheimer in your garden.
