The beautiful gardens and facilities in San Antonio remain intact and the venue is still rented out from time to time for spectacular weddings and other events for all to enjoy. At last, however, it is time for us to sell the San Antonio location. Before we enlist the assistance of a real estate agent and market the property for sale to the general public, we want to make you aware of our plans and give you an opportunity to purchase the San Antonio property and all it has to offer for your current or new business enterprises. A little about the property:
The location at 7561 E. Evans Road consists of about 20 acres located primarily in Comal County with a small portion being in Bexar County. There is ample parking and retail/product display areas.
