The lawn on the side of the Hacienda has taken on a beautiful straw color. This really highlights the green borders full of perennials and roses. The large "bush" by the building is a Castor Bean plant. This guy will not last much longer as the nights get colder.
A cloudy sky today did not provide much more than a few sprinkles and a tolerable change of temperature. Hope you got some rain. Blooming (starting on the left moving clockwise): Pride of Barbados (orange), Mexican olive (white), Mrs. Dudley Cross (large rose behind Agave) and Apple Blossom verbena (pink next to grass edge).
